3Arrival and departure to the theatre By car There are no public parking spaces in the centre of Oberammergau The centre of Oberammergau is part ly closed traffic calmed See on page 4 Park Ride parking areas From Munich Take the motorway A95 exit Murnau and then drive in the direction of Oberammergau or go to the end of the motorway at Eschenlohe and then via Oberau to Oberammergau From Augsburg Take the motorway B23 directly to Oberammergau From Stuttgart Take the motorway A7 until Kempten then B12 until Marktoberdorf then B472 until Schongau and then B23 to Oberammergau From Innsbruck Via motorway B11 to Mittenwald B2 via Garmisch Par tenkirchen and Oberau to Ettal and then Oberam mergau Or take the train to Murnau By train bus Travel by train via Augsburg resp Munich to Murnau There take the regional train in the direction of Oberam mergau You can also ride on directly to Oberau wi thout changing trains and from there take the RVO bus to Oberammergau www rvo busse de Line 9606 We recommend a seat reservation in advance for your train travel These seat reservations can be either made at the ticket machines or at the DB service centers Travel from Innsbruck by train via Garmisch Partenkir chen to Oberau and there take one of the buses of RVO to Oberammergau see above
