INSIDE AHKINSIDE AHK family day out with the ahK B esides AHK Business Events and exclusive Gala Dinners the AHK is proud to be organising popular family events since several years One event is the AHK Triff den Nikolaus Meet Santa where the German tradition of Nikolaus Day is celebrated On the 6th of December each year Nikolaus comes to all homes leaving gifts for the children In 2013 the event took place at the Mövenpick Hotel JBR Around 150 mums dads and little ones joined in what was a fun filled afternoon While kids were busy decorating their gingerbread houses face painting or jumping on the bouncing castle the parents enjoyed traditional Punsch Christmas cookies and other delicious snacks The highlight was Meet Santa Triff den Nikolaus who handed over a gift to every child In March of each year the AHK hosts the AHK Family Day where AHK members with family and friends spend a wonderful day in one of Dubai s luxurious beach resorts This year the event took place at the Habtoor Grand Beach Resort Spa Our guests relaxed at the beach side enjoyed a delicious buffet lunch while some active parents and kids took banana boat rides The kids were all very excited and kept busy in the drawing corner sandcastle competition treasure hunt and many other activities The lucky ones went home with great prizes n If you would like to be part of our events or need further information please contact Nadine Arenja Ziegler ahkuae com We would like to address a special THANK YOU to our SPoNSorS SUPPorTErS Al Nassma Chocolates Emirates Airline Mövenpick 32 ISSUE 12 MAJLIs
