I have served three bosses over the years with MGCC and I would use Tomyam Tiga Rasa three tastes Tomyam to describe my bosses The three tastes are sour sweet and spicy I had unforgettable moments with all of them My most unforgettable moment with the chamber was during the team building in Lumut took place in 2012 I have a lot of fun with all the colleagues Unforgettable moment in MGCC It would definitely be our 2012 team building outing in Lumut I got to relax and had great fun It was interesting to observe how the challenges brought out the best in a person the side of which we would otherwise not have known And yes I was lucky to be with the winning team Most importantly I came away with two lessons First the most difficult time to pull the team together was not when our brain cells or physical abilities were challenged It was having to do the repetitive motions You could say the boring stuff in the real world Second respect the house rules though you may not agree with it It was hard to bear to see those who were late went unpunished Naturally having the cikgu instinct I spoke up and unfortunately my team was penalized It was supposed to teach us tolerance I couldn t forget when the rain water dripping in the admin office years back and looking at Lee Huang and Selina who were nervous and in a mess Yap Peck Fah joined June 2010 H e a d o f D e p a r t m e n t A c c o u n t s Sharifudin Sidek joined July 2011 S e n i o r A d m i n i s t r a t i o n I T E x e c u t i v e Saparin Baharum joined June 2010 D r i v e r D e s p a t c h e r Saripah Shekila Abd Rahman joined June 2012 R e c e p t i o n i s t G e r m a n B u s i n e s s C e n t r e 20 FEATURE
